Just out of curiousity, what method did you use for the lightsaber?
-New Layer, make sure its in screen mode, and check the "fill colors" box.
-Create a line, using the line tool, white of course. Duplicate that layer 3 times. At this point, you should have five layers: The first new layer you made, and 4 layers of that line tool.
-Next, you go to the second layer from the top, Gausian Blur, and the value you enter is the same amount of pixels you used for the width of the line (we'll say 5). The layer under that is double that value (10), and the layer under THAT is triple the original value(15).
-From here, merge down from the topmost layer, until all the layers are merged into that first layer you made, the screen layer.
-Go to Image>Adjustments>Color Balance. From here you play around with the colors you like! If the color doesn't change, then you probably didn't do that first layer correctly, thats always the case with me, I forget to change the box or something. Anyway, there you have it!
